Official Rules – Dream Prompts Creator Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Dream Prompts Creator Contest (“Contest”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Dream Prompts are not eligible to participate. By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

2. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored and administered by Dream Prompts, located at Agoura Hills, CA. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, LinkedIn, or any third‑party social platform.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on July 21, 2025 and ends on August 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. All entries must be submitted by the deadline to be eligible. Winners will be announced on August 29, 2025.

4. How to Enter

• Create an original image using one or more SREF codes from the Dream Prompts website.
• Submit your image in JPEG or PNG format (maximum 5 MB) via the official submission form at /contest/submit.
• Include your name or handle, email address, and a list of the SREF codes used.
• (Optional) Share your image on social media using the hashtag #DreamPromptContest and tag @YourHandle on Instagram or LinkedIn.

Each participant may submit one (1) entry. If multiple entries are submitted, only the most recent entry received before the deadline will be considered for judging.

5. Entry Requirements

• Utilize at least one Midjourney style reference code (SREF) found on the Dream Prompts website.
• Be created by the entrant using their own prompts, and must not copy or closely imitate artwork created by others or found on public galleries.
• Not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
• Not contain any sexually explicit, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Comply with all applicable platform rules if shared publicly.

By entering, you represent and warrant that your submission meets these requirements. Dream Prompts reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems in violation.

6. What’s Allowed

• Entries may include post‑processing in image editing software.
• Entries may be a collage or composite of multiple AI‑generated images created by the entrant.
• Entries may be submitted in any aspect ratio the entrant feels best suits their image.
• Entrants may crop images as they see fit to improve composition.

7. Judging Criteria

• Creativity – original interpretation and imaginative use of style codes
• Aesthetic Quality – visual appeal and artistic merit
• Overall Image Quality – clarity, coherence, and polish of the final image

Judging is subjective and final. Dream Prompts reserves the right not to award any prizes if it does not receive enough qualified entries.

8. Prizes

A total of five (5) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive:

• A free 3‑month Pro membership to Dream Prompts (non‑transferable, non‑redeemable for cash)
• Feature placement on the Dream Prompts homepage
• Social media promotion on official Dream Prompts channels

Winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a replacement winner may be selected.

9. How Prizes Are Awarded

Selected winners will receive three (3) months of complimentary access. Redemption depends on subscription status:

1. Users Without an Active Subscription
   Eligible individuals not currently subscribed will be issued a promotional code valid for one‑time redemption of three (3) free months. Code must be applied at checkout.
2. Active Subscribers
   Winners with an active subscription will receive either:
   • A credit to their Stripe account equivalent to three (3) months of service fees, or
   • An extension of their current billing cycle by three (3) months,
   at Dream Prompts’ discretion. No action is required from the user.
3. Previously Subscribed Users (Canceled Memberships)
   Users with canceled subscriptions may redeem the same promotional code as new users, provided they are not in an active billing period.

10. License & Publicity

By entering, you grant Dream Prompts a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your image for promotional purposes, with credit to you. You retain ownership and may revoke this license in writing after the contest concludes, unless selected as a winner.

11. Privacy

Personal information will be used only to administer the contest and deliver prizes. It will not be sold or shared, except as necessary for administration.

12. Limitation of Liability

Dream Prompts is not responsible for technical errors, lost or late entries, or unauthorized access. By entering, you release Dream Prompts from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

13. Right to Modify or Cancel

Dream Prompts reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity.

14. Disputes

This contest is governed by California law. Void where prohibited. Legal actions shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
